Overview

When the bot detects a product match, it automatically creates a task in CyberAIO. You can also manage these tasks directly from Discord.

How Tasks Are Created

Automatic Task Creation

When all conditions are met:

  1. ✅ Product matches your ACO keywords

  2. ✅ Product passes blacklist filters

  3. ✅ Variant/price filters match (if set)

  4. ✅ ACO is active (enabled)

The bot automatically:

  • Creates a CyberAIO task with your settings

  • Uses your linked profile

  • Applies quantity from your ACO

  • Applies discount codes (if available for that site)

  • Disables your ACO (prevents duplicates)

  • Sends Discord webhook notification

Task Details

What Gets Set:

  • Store: Custom (or specific store like JYW Pokeca, Safari Zone, etc.)

  • Input: Direct cart URL with variant ID and quantity

  • Profile: Your linked CyberAIO profile (from Discord ID)

  • Proxy Group: Configured proxy group from bot settings

  • Mode: Safe or Fast (depending on site)

  • Discount Code: Automatic if site has one configured

  • Quantity: From your ACO settings

Viewing Your Tasks

The bot doesn't show all task details in Discord, but you can:

  • Use /cyber_toggle_task to see your active tasks in the autocomplete

  • Use /cyber_delete_task to see your tasks in the autocomplete

Toggling Tasks On/Off

Command: /cyber_toggle_task

Enable or disable a CyberAIO task directly from Discord.

Usage:

  1. Type /cyber_toggle_task

  2. Select task from autocomplete dropdown

    • Shows format: [On/Off] - storename.com

    • Only shows YOUR tasks (based on profile)

  3. Press Enter

What Happens:

  • If task was OFF → Turns ON

  • If task was ON → Turns OFF

  • You'll receive a confirmation message

Example:

/cyber_toggle_task
Cyber Task: [Off] - shop.eminem.com

Result: Task is now turned ON

When to Use:

  • Enable tasks created while you were AFK

  • Disable tasks if you no longer want them

  • Toggle tasks for scheduled drops

  • Pause tasks temporarily

Deleting Tasks

Command: /cyber_delete_task

Permanently delete a CyberAIO task from Discord.

Usage:

  1. Type /cyber_delete_task

  2. Select task from autocomplete dropdown

    • Shows format: [On/Off] - storename.com

  3. Confirm deletion

Warning: This permanently removes the task from CyberAIO. You'll need to create a new one (either manually or via ACO).

Example:

Cyber Task: [On] - shop.eminem.com

Result: Task is permanently deleted

When to Use:

  • Remove old/outdated tasks

  • Clean up after successful checkout

  • Remove duplicate tasks

Task Troubleshooting

Task Not Appearing in Autocomplete

Possible Reasons:

  1. Profile Not Linked: Your Discord ID isn't linked to CyberAIO profile

    • Solution: Fill out /aco form

  2. No Tasks: You don't have any tasks in CyberAIO

    • Solution: Create ACO and wait for product match

  3. Wrong Instance: Bot is looking at different CyberAIO instance

    • Solution: Contact admin (this is rare)

Common Issues:

  • Task is OFF → Use /cyber_toggle_task or toggle in dashboard

  • Missing profile/proxy → Check CyberAIO settings

  • Invalid cart URL → Product may be sold out or removed

  • Password-protected site → Wait for password to be removed

Task Running But Not Checking Out

Not a Bot Issue: This is a CyberAIO problem, not a monitor bot issue. Check:

  1. CyberAIO profile settings (payment, shipping)

  2. Proxy status and speed

  3. Product availability

  4. Site protections (queue, captcha)

Solutions:

  • Review CyberAIO logs

  • Adjust task mode (Safe vs Fast)

  • Change proxy group

  • Check CyberAIO Discord for site-specific help

Multiple Tasks for Same Product

Why This Happens:

  • You re-enabled ACO multiple times

  • Product restocked multiple times

  • You have multiple ACOs with same keywords

Solutions:

  1. Use /cyber_delete_task to remove duplicates

  2. Disable ACO after first task: /toggle_keyword

  3. Review your ACOs: /keywords

Task Management Best Practices

Regular Cleanup

  1. Daily: Check CyberAIO dashboard for completed tasks

  2. Weekly: Delete old tasks with /cyber_delete_task

  3. Monthly: Review and remove outdated ACOs

Task Organization

  1. Use descriptive ACO keywords: Makes tasks easier to identify

  2. Delete successful tasks: After checkout, remove task

  3. Monitor task count: CyberAIO has task limits per plan

Drop Preparation

Before major drops:

  1. Create ACOs several hours in advance

  2. Verify ACOs are enabled: /keywords

Understanding Task Notifications

Webhook Notification Content

When a task is created, you'll receive a Discord notification with:

Embed Fields:

  • Product Title: Name of matched product

  • Price: Product price

  • Site: Store URL

  • ATC Links: Quick "Add to Cart" links for each variant

  • Cyber Quick Task: Link to create manual task in CyberAIO

  • Image: Product image (if available)

Notification Colors:

  • Orange/Yellow: New product detected

  • Green: Restock detected

Using ATC Links

The webhook includes "Add to Cart" links:

  • Opens in browser with item pre-added
